Assessment of the Impact of Social and Environmental Factors on Real Estate Prices in the Náchod Region

Each sector of human activity is linked to the prices, which generally affect the decisions of the man. Price as such can be determinative factor. The first part of this work is aimed at a general interpretation of the market mechanism, specification of a particular type of market, which is a real estate market and the definition of the factors that affect prices of real estate. In the next section there is described researched locality, which is the Nachod district in Kralovehradecky region, and methodology for assessing the impact of social and environmental factors on the prices of real estate for housing. The default for this property is a real estate database that provides information on prices, characteristics of the Czech Statistical Office, and other documents that serve as information on assessed factors. On the basis of these data there are examined interdependencies between them and the conclusion of this analysis provides an overview of knowledge. There is also assessed the building-up at this location and developing trends in the region.

Planning care for clients with Alzheimer's disease in the Hradec Králové region

The theme of the thesis is the issue of planning social services for people affected by Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia in the territory of the Hradec Králové region. Alzheimer's disease is among the most common causes of dementia, and the number of patients with the disease continues to grow. It is the increase in the number of clients with the disease that creates a new challenge to ensure the availability of social services, so that an individual approach is maintained in view of the patients' specific needs. The thesis contains a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part briefly describes the clinical picture of Alzheimer's disease. Furthermore, this section focuses on the incidence of dementia both globally and in the territory of Europe. Some organisations and strategic documents dedicated to supporting and caring for those with dementia in the territories of France, Sweden and Switzerland are listed in this section. There is also a chapter that gives an idea of individual types and forms of care for clients with dementia manifestations in the Czech Republic. Changes in investment behaviour of municipality in relation to current trends of the national economy: case study of Hradec Králové region Abstract The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to analyze the influence of the changing economic trends at the national level to the investment behaviour of municipality of different size categories. Specifically whether the local governments stabilized each phase of economic cycle by their own interventions between the years 2001 and 2012 and helped to smoother economic development. Null hypothesis expected that bigger townships are more influential in the stabilization of economy than the smaller ones. In the first theoretical part of the thesis there were analyzed the types of economic cycle, literature, each components of municipal budget and last but not least, there were presented brief characteristics of the development of Czech economy. The study focused on selected municipalities of Hradec Králové region which were divided into four size-based categories. Statements about economic policy of each category were set up using the capital expenses and information gained during the interviews. Ethnographic and Folcloric Aspects in the Work of František Ladislav Sál

This bachelor thesis is focused on the Eastern Bohemia figure of a regional significance - František Ladislav Sál (1867-1941). The aim of the thesis is to depict him as a representative of the generation of educated teachers - patriotic activists who had the amateur interest in ethnology and folklore studies. The opening section of the thesis introduces both his personal life and career. The reconstruction of these is based on the study of his archive heritage. Subsequent chapter deals with wider cultural-historical context with the emphasis on the history of pedagogy and ethnology. The principle focus of the thesis is the survey of Sál's educational and pedagogical papers in which he plentifully dealt with ethnographical material (such as fairy-tales, legends and children's folklore) by means of which he taught homeland study at primary schools.

Since the 1990s, there has been observed a significant change in the use of second homes, especially in cottage sites in city outskirts as a part of suburbanization development. The aim of this work is to evaluate the status of second housing and these changes by example of outskirts of two czech provintial cities - Hradec Králové and Pardubice, which has not yet been given sufficient attention in previous studies. This work complements extensive researches realized by the Department of social geography and regional development, which pays a long-term attention to this subject. In order to maintain compatibility with these researches, there is used similar methodology that consists of the questionnaire survey. Emphasis is given not only on specifics of sites in outskirts of these cities and their mutual comparison, but also on their development, which reflects the historic development of the czech settlement and those cities themselves. The aim of this thesis is analysis of real estate market with focus to small investor with interest in appartments in Hradec Králové region. The first part is theoretical, oriented to general information about real estate market and useful economical knowledge for investing into real estate. Practical part is focused to Hradec Králové region. The best localities are find out with financial and general (e.g. geographical, demografical and infrastructure aspects) research of the region. In these recommended areas are made model analysis and potentional evaluations for the purpose of small investor in this region.
